мне нравится это работа тут автер хочет сказать что весы некогда не бывают на одном уровне невозможно держать ровновесие так как человечеству всегда мало. т.е. когда он достигает высот он имеет всё о чём мог мечтать его сосед но при этом у него нету то чего мечтает он сам!
