Это пешеходный мост через реку) назначение моста двойное,внизу переход,а наверху запроектирована видовая площадка со скамейками)

It would be nice if the viewing platform provided also a passage across the road, or it would cost too much to realize it.
Было бы неплохо, если бы смотровая площадка обеспечивала еще и проход через дорогу, а то слишком много затрат только на ее реализацию.
