3D visualization Planet Earth

Here you can see our planet and the clouds present, the atmosphere, as well as the included light emanating from the cities at night. Unfortunately, the sane star sky I never found, even here the image size is 6000 x 4500 pixels. My experience in the program Cinema 4D - about a month.
