The fountain is poorly thought out but the idea is that the ball will spin as you said on the "brook principle" and reflect the lights of the projectors mounted somewhere on the side .. where honestly I do not know myself)
фонтан плохо продуман но идея в том что шар будет крутится как вы сказали по "принципу ручейка" и отражать свет прожекторов вмонтированых где-то сбоку.. где если честно сама не знаю)
